About the job
For our division in Malle, we are looking for a foreman who will manage our bricklayers.
Some of your duties include:
- You will manage a team of 4-8 people.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of your team.
- You will organise the works on site in consultation with the site manager.
- You manage the equipment/material.
- You manage the team and jump in where necessary.
- Control the supply of supplies, equipment and construction materials.
- Plan staff activities and allocate work posts
- Present the site, schedule, construction method and regulations to those involved.
Your profile
- Already a first experience as a foreman in the construction industry
- Knowledge of high-rise buildings is a plus
- You have technical understanding.
- You can read plan effortlessly.
