About the job
As a Microsoft Field Service Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising MS Field Service solutions within our organisation. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our systems meet business needs and contribute to the organisation's goals and strategies.
Some of your duties include:
- Analysing business processes and translating them into MS Field Service solutions.
- Implement and manage MS Field Service modules and functionalities.
- Support end-users and provide technical assistance.
- Develop training and user manuals.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Process Owners to achieve strategic goals.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in leading projects and working as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Willingness to continue learning and obtain certifications.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus.
