The road towards sustainable growth
A no-nonsense personal approach for all our employees
A custom created trajectory
At APK Group, we don't believe in average. We go for personalisation and excellence time and again. Every employee, every individual is different. Therefore, the same advancement path for all our employees is out of the question.
Because of this belief, MIA created. MIA stands for My Individual Action plan. Simply put, MIA is a central point of contact (electronically via mia@apkgroup.eu and in person) for all your questions about your career or advancement. Through this platform, we hope to provide all our current and future employees with a listening ear and guidance towards new dreams and challenges.
Horizontal & Vertical Grow
Gone are the days when we all did the same job for 40 years. We are aware of this ourselves. That is why we offer variety within APK Group. Diverse job opportunities, within the same or even diverse fields. That is one of the advantages of a job at APK Group.
Become a 'job hopper' within APK Group!
The large size of our group usually allows us to offer our employees the opportunity to grow in their chosen direction and domain. This through three different growth paths:
- Growing horizontally, by holding a higher position
- Shift vertically to another function within the same level
- Taking training courses to become stronger within your current role

Step by step Growing to the top
A typical growth trajectory often, but not always, starts with a previously executive position. Over time, the focus shifts more towards management and management tasks. Eventually, if the employee so wishes, he or she will progress to a higher position. For example, you can evolve from site manager to project manager.
Are you comfortable in your seat? No worries! Continuing to grow, either horizontally or vertically, remains a free choice and is never an obligation.
