About the job
As a Business process owner, you are responsible for managing and improving various processes linked to an operational organisation to ensure that they contribute to the organisation's objectives and strategies.
Some of your duties include:
- Shapes various processes linked to an operational organisation. You are in the lead from design to implementation.
- Ad-hoc process improvements within his/her department.
- You will be responsible for translating various operational processes into ICT systems.
- Contributes to the blueprint for the ideal end-to-end future processes and shapes the to-be situation.
- The BPO is the point of contact for the ICT department in terms of communication and elaboration of the process specifications and works with the ICT analysts to arrive at validated process descriptions.
- The BPO watches over the standardisation across the organisation of the processes within his/her specific scope, ensures optimised workflows and monitors the implemented solution.
- You will be responsible for documenting and testing the proposed processes.
- You will be responsible for proper implementation by developing and rolling out appropriate training courses.
Your profile
- Possesses a master's degree and/or thinking level.
- Has previous experience in process design or definition of workflows.
- A background/certification in Lean Six Sigma or related systems is a nice-to-have.
